Our Journey - Our Vision
We started in 2015 as an outsourcing provider for Finance & Accounting services, then expanded into other indutries. Over time, through working closely with clients, we discovered another pressing need: photo and video editing to power their sales. Seizing this opportunity, Innovature Studio was born - delivering high-quality creative outputs with speed.
Today, the industry is shifting again. AI is advancing rapidly, creative demands are rising, and new formats - from videos to virtual models - are becoming everyday essentials.

Founder & CEO
Thuy has almost 20 years of Accounting and Finance experience in both Vietnam and the US. In 2015, she founded Innovature Inc, a remote workforce solution for North American and Australian markets. After years of working closely with clients, Thuy recognized the growing potential of post-production services and strengthened her team’s expertise to meet this demand.
QUANG DOAN
Director of Technology
Quang Doan has 15 years of expertise in business intelligence, analytics, and finance. As the Director of Client Services at Innovature BPO, he leads the service delivery team, managing solutions design, implementation, deployment, and client communication.
Katie nguyen
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Katie has 10+ years of experience in business development, account management, and partnership collaboration. Since 2024, she has been a Business Development Manager at Innovature, overseeing market development in Europe and Australia and managing Innovature’s post-production service portfolio.
